DELIVERY INFORMATION
At the moment we only ship within the UK
Our standard delivery cost is £2.45 per order or upgraded delivery at £5.95 with Royal Mail Tracked 24HR. Our standard delivery service has a dispatch time of 2-3 working days, though this may take longer during busy periods for Royal Mail. Upgraded deliveries are dispatched as soon as possible.
Orders will usually be despatched within 2-3 working days of payment. There will be exceptions for Bank Holidays.
We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Returns
As we sell cosmetic products, we do not usually accept returns. We recommend the purchase of a sample pack to discover your perfect perfume, before purchasing a larger bottle as a blind buy. However, this does not affect your statutory rights. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We have a return window of 14 Days. The customer will be responsible for the cost of postage for the return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receipt of item.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or lost on the mail. We do not offer exchanges. You can however, contact us through the ‘Contact Us’ page on the website.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
